First National Real Estate is once again sending a 45-strong delegation of its top offices and salespeople to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) conference in Boston this week. The all-expenses paid study tour is a high performance incentive of the independent network’s General Excellence and Marketing Awards programme.
Drawing top 10 salespeople, offices and staffs from as far as Port Hedland in Western Australia to the whole of the Eastern Seaboard, delegates will benefit from the education, networking, motivation and entertainment for which NAR has become famous.
‘The National Association of Realtors conference is the world’s leading real estate event and the place where the industry’s leaders come together. Our study tour is an integral component of incentives for more than 3,000 of our members’ staff to strive for excellence in their careers’ said First National chief executive, Ray Ellis.
‘It rewards top performers for the contribution they make to upholding the highest standards of practice in Australia, and, exposes them to other leading agents as well as the latest products and services of over 400 exhibitors’.
One of the network’s top 10 salespeople, Jessica Chea of First National Waverley City (Glen Waverley, Vic) says she is thrilled to be participating in this year’s tour.
‘I’m very excited about everything that NAR has to offer so the challenge will be narrowing down which of the speakers and keynotes I can learn the most from. I’m also looking forward to getting to know other agents in First National’s top 10 better, because there is always more that any agent can learn’ said Ms Chea.
More than 20,000 real estate professionals typically attend the NAR Conference & Expo, with some 1,500 arriving from international locations. Each delegate has an average of 17 years industry experience and reports earning twice the income of the typical NAR member.
First National’s chairman, David Forrest and chief executive, Ray Ellis will lead the 5-day study tour.
