First National Real Estate’s Western Australia Chairperson, Lynda Briggs, presented members with their General Excellence and Marketing (GEM) Awards at the Hyatt Regency Perth on Saturday night.
First National Real Estate, which has over 400 offices throughout Australasia and 25 in Western Australia, celebrated the best of the WA’s real estate performances over the past year, which according to Ms Briggs, required its agents to maintain focus on listings acquisition, investor yields, and digital marketing strategies.
‘First National Real Estate manages over $20.8 billion in Australian property assets and property investor yields are high on the agenda of every WA member’s office’ Ms Briggs said.
Likewise, our State’s salespeople really needed to apply themselves to maintain strong sales outcomes for their customers. Overall, there have been exceptional sales and property management results, with the property management results reflecting the implementation of exclusive First National technologies in our offices; technologies that streamline, add value, and reduce risk across the whole property management process.
