With over three decades of senior leadership experience in the real estate industry, Darren brings an exceptional track record in fostering growth, enhancing member satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Darren’s high level of real estate knowledge stems from a career comprised of pivotal roles such as:

  • Director at his own Ray White office,
  • Current Board Director of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV),
  • Manager of Urban Choices Property, a not-for-profit real estate business which supports community housing,
  • Senior roles in property management and sales.

His achievements include developing and leading high-performing teams, creating innovative growth strategies, and maintaining compliance excellence.

A licensed estate agent with certifications in business, estate agency practice, and training & assessment, Darren is also a seasoned auctioneer and an advocate for community engagement. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding First National Real Estate’s membership network, strengthening engagement, and delivering value-driven services.
