First National Real Estate has been recognised in the 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, with Australians voting the network the country’s ‘Most Loved’ real estate agency and applauding its ‘Legendary Service’ and value for money.
In this year’s awards, Finder surveyed more than 60,000 Australians about the brands they use and trust, making the results a strong indicator of real customer experience rather than paid promotion.
First National Real Estate received:

- High commendation for value
David Edwards, CEO of First National Real Estate, said the recognition reflects the work of member offices in local communities across Australia.
‘This result belongs to our members and their teams, who work hard every day to deliver a professional, human experience in what is often a stressful and emotional process for customers.
‘For our network, awards like this matter because they come directly from customers who have recently transacted with an agent. It tells us we are earning trust in a very competitive environment, but also that we need to keep lifting our standards with every campaign and every conversation.’
Finder’s head of the awards programme, Susannah Binsted, said property remains one of Australia’s most closely followed topics and the awards highlight the brands that are delivering where it counts.

First National Real Estate will roll out the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards medals across its national network from January 2026, including office signage, social media, digital marketing and customer communications.
Mr Edwards said the network will use the recognition to help reassure sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants that they are dealing with a brand independently recognised for its customer focus.
‘Australians have an enormous amount at stake every time they buy, sell or lease a property. Independent research showing strong satisfaction, service and value provides an extra level of confidence when people choose an agent to represent them.’
