First National Real Estate’s agents were presented with their 2025 NSW State Awards at Le Montage on Saturday night.
During the evening, FN Byron Bay was announced winner of NSW Sales Office of the Year and FN Patterson (Port Macquarie) was announced NSW Property Management Office of the Year.
Topping the individual awards were Rebecca Lewis of FN Patterson (Port Macquarie) who took home NSW Property Manager of the Year; Sophie Moir, FN Byron Bay who won NSW Business Development Manager of the Year, and Rebecca Dean, FN Port Stephens (Salamander Bay) who achieved NSW Salesperson of the Year.

Cost-of-living pressures have made buyer negotiations more complex, while the shortage of rental homes has increased the demands placed on property managers.
