First National Real Estate has announced the return of its former Online Services Manager, Suzi Cowperthwaite, in the new role of National Experience Manager. The appointment expands the cooperative network’s executive management team to four, completing a restructure of marketing, recruitment and management.

Having departed First National in 2011 to pursue her ambitions in business marketing consultancy, Ms Cowperthwaite has been in demand for more than a decade across industries incorporating real estate, recruitment, sporting organisations, consumer goods, finance, small business and State Government.

‘Customer Experience is a crucial differentiator for the First National Real Estate brand and Ms Cowperthwaite’s expertise will not only deepen the relationship between the network and its members, but also between the brand and Australian consumers,’ says chief executive, Ray Ellis.

Ms Cowperthwaite is excited about her return to First National, after an eleven-year absence, and enthusiastic about advancing the network’s membership experience.
