First National Real Estatehas been voted number one for culture in a national survey that indicated the network has the happiest agency principals, real estate agents, property managers and staff in the country.
Sterling Publishing revealed the strengths and weaknesses of all the major Australian real estate brands through its ‘Employer of Choice’ survey, which incorporated interviews with Top 100 agents; high profile industry figures, recruitment and coaching executives, and real estate agents.
‘I’m pleased that First National Real Estate has been judged by its members and industry peers to have achieved the right mix of member consultation and strategic leadership. This is the foundation of a good culture, brand management, and confirms the effective business support provided by our team. It’s vital that sales agents and property managers operate within an inspirational, forward thinking culture when the goal is peak performance’ said First National Real Estate chief executive, Ray Ellis.
‘Our model of local, state and national member consultation has created the most innovative, customer focused, property marketing brand in Australasia. By leveraging the enthusiasm and ideas of our agents; listening, refreshing our brand, and developing our own exclusive digital marketing tools, we have created an environment where people understand they are part of the process and are free to achieve their goals’.
The Employer of Choice survey revealed that culture is the number one reason agents to choose to work for a business or brand. An agency’s reputation and the support it provides are the two next most important factors. Agents affirmed in the survey they choose to be with First National Real Estate for three key reasons; the network’s culture, its brand, and the overall support it provides.
‘Our members and their employees are engaged in committees and councils that research, develop and drive our business. This is what bridges generational gaps and involves everyone in the process of building the strongest brand and reputation in Australasia’ said Mr Ellis.
‘The message is clear for estate agents considering which network offers the best career path, and also for principals wondering which brand will do the most to further their business’.
