First National Real Estate’s South Australia and Northern Territory estate agents were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Adelaide Oval last Friday night.

The awards brought recognition to the best of South Australia’s and the Northern Territory’s real estate performances throughout 2017, which according to First National SA/NT Chairman, David Nitschke, contributed to First National Real Estate winning Canstar Blue’s ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award nationally for a second consecutive year. 

‘South Australian and Northern Territory staff were determined to hold onto the 2016 Canstar Blue “Most Satisfied Customers” award and their resolve led to some exceptional results plus we did win the award again’ said Mr Nitschke.

On the night, Sales Office of the Year was awarded to First National Real Estate Peoples’ Choice of Gawler and the Top 10 sales offices included:

Andrew Doyle, principal of First National Real Estate Framptons was announced SA/NT Salesperson of the Year. The Top 10 salespeople were:

A range of specialist awards were also announced, with Sales Rookie of the Year being awarded to Sam Scarfo from First National Real Estate Peoples’ Choice, and, Property Manager Rookie of the Year being awarded to Madeline Kuhndt from First National Real Estate Barrett. Other specialist awards included:

•    Administrator of the Year – Jessica Salotti, First National Copley (SA)
•    Residential Property Manager of the Year – Michael Bongiorno, First National Framptons (NT)
•    Commercial Property Manager of the Year – Roger Tebeck, First National Framptons (NT)
•    Receptionist of the Year – Ashleigh Mannix, First National Burton Groves (SA)
•    Spirit of Community Award – Pamela Barrington, First National Burton Groves (SA)

David Nitschke said the General Excellence and Marketing Awards are an important event as they encourage First National’s agents to aspire to an ongoing process of performance improvement that benefits customers.
