First National announces NSW 2023 GEM Award winners

First National Real Estate’s NSW agents were presented with their 2023 General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Hilton Sydney on Saturday night.

Taking out the two top office awards were FN Byron Bay, which was announced Magnificent 7 – No.1 Sales Office of the Year (for a third consecutive year), and FN Hills Direct, which won Magnificent 7 – No.1 Investor Relations Management Office of the Year.

At the top of the individual awards was Jess McKinnon, FN Blacktown, who took home Magnificent 7 – No.1 Investor Relations Manager of the Year; Donald Rayner, FN Mudgee, who won Magnificent 7 – No.1 Business Development Manager of the Year, and Rebecca Dean, FN Port Stephens, who achieved Magnificent 7 – No.1 Salesperson of the Year.

NSW State Chairman, David Doherty, said First National’s leading offices, sales agents and investor relations managers achieved fantastic results over the previous 12 months.
