With cost of living pressures influencing household budgets, many Australians are considering the timing and preparation needed to sell well. Buyers continue to respond strongly to homes that are thoughtfully presented, yet the work involved in getting a property ready can place extra strain on families. First National Real Estate’s spring ‘Winning Move’ campaign aimed to ease that pressure by offering homeowners the chance to win a comprehensive $10,000 Moving Pack simply by requesting and completing an appraisal.

Each Moving Pack included $2,000 towards a garden and exterior tidy, $2,000 towards styling and home staging, $2,000 in pre-sale cleaning, $2,000 in removalist support and $2,000 in flexible retailer credit. The package was designed to help sellers prepare their homes with confidence and reduce some of the upfront costs associated with bringing a property to market.

The campaign ran throughout spring and was promoted across metropolitan and regional radio, digital channels and realestate.com.au. It attracted strong enquiry from homeowners considering their next steps in a season marked by tight listings and growing appraisal activity.

Five $10,000 Moving Packs have now been awarded across the network’s state groupings:
