With over 20 years of experience spanning sales, property management, business leadership and franchise development, she brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success.

Betty’s career highlights include her tenure as State Manager for Century 21’s Victorian and Tasmanian operations, where she successfully led a network of 20 offices, delivering national strategies that drove franchise growth. Her role encompassed business performance planning, acquisitions and brand conversions. Subsequently, Betty held the role of Operations Manager at Jellis Craig, where she managed a team of 40 staff and oversaw a significant period of organisational change.

Betty’s passion for business development, coupled with her deep understanding of the real estate sector, has seen her receive national recognition for her achievements around onboarding new franchise clients.

In her new role, Betty will focus on identifying and onboarding high-performing agencies, further strengthening the First National Real Estate network across Australia. She is eager to leverage her extensive experience to support the growth and success of our brand.
