First National Real Estate has extended its presence in Melbourne’s rapidly growing western suburbs with the launch of First National Empire at St Albans, led by experienced real estate professional and business owner Virender Kaindal.

Mr Kaindal entered the industry in 2019, after operating his own hospitality business before broadening his experience across a number of real estate businesses. His decision to establish First National Empire reflects a long-term ambition to build an independent business backed by a cooperative network.

First National Chief Executive David Edwards said the appointment continued the network’s focus on attracting ambitious business owners who value independence while benefiting from the strength of a national cooperative.

Operating from St Albans, First National Empire will provide residential sales, property management, commercial property, rural and lifestyle property, auctions and clearing sales across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Mr Kaindal said First National’s cooperative structure and collaborative culture were key factors in his decision to join the network.
