First National Real Estate recognised its outstanding Western Australia achievers at the General Excellence and Marketing (GEM) Awards on Saturday night at Crown Perth.

First National Real Estate is Australia’s largest independent real estate network and its gala evening celebrated the best of Western Australia’s real estate performances over the past year, which, according to First National Real Estate’s WA chairman, Ms Lynda Briggs required considerable focus and discipline to achieve.

“While the property market showed signs of recovery last year, conditions remained far from ideal in many locations and agents needed to stay focused on systems, processes and professional development to deliver excellent results for their customers” Ms Briggs said.

“The GEM Awards bring recognition to all that hard work, and the competitive spirit that is a part of daily operations in our estate agency.”
