First National Real Estate’s top performers were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards in Queenstown, New Zealand last night. The black tie dinner, hosted by Queenstown’s famous Skyline Restaurant atop Bob’s Peak, was part of First National Real Estate’s joint Australian and New Zealand Convention, which has attracted more than 370 agents from Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
The glittering event provided recognition to estate agents and property managers who excelled during the past year, despite significant hurdles in a range of different marketplaces throughout Australia, according to First National Real Estate’s chairman, Mark Millington.
“A low interest rate environment created strong demand for property throughout 2014 but the volume of property offered for sale was lower in some parts of the country, and competition for that business was substantial’ Mr Millington said.
“Likewise, property managers faced challenging conditions in mining towns and exceptional demand from investors for their management services in other parts of the country.”
“The General Excellence and Marketing Awards represent recognition of the dedication and teamwork throughout our Cooperative.”
