First National Real Estate’s agents were presented with their 2025 Vic/Tas State Awards at Plaza Ballroom on Saturday night.

During the evening, FN Charles L. King & Co (Echuca) was announced winner of Vic/Tas Sales Office of the Year and FN Hall & Partners (Dandenong) was announced Vic/Tas Property Management Office of the Year.

Topping the individual awards were Jackie Lyons, FN Hall & Partners (Dandenong) who took home Vic/Tas Property Manager of the Year; Lisa Greene, FN Hall & Partners (Dandenong) who won Vic/Tas Business Development Manager of the Year, and Simon Burns, FN Latrobe (Traralgon) who achieved Vic/Tas Salesperson of the Year.

‘It is a pleasure to recognise this year’s leading performers,’ said Vic/Tas State Chair, Jason Brown.

‘Throughout 2025, our industry has operated in a more measured and selective market. Buyers were cautious, vendors more price aware, and lending settings have continued to shape decision making. In this environment, results did not come easily. They were earned through discipline, local knowledge and consistent client care.

‘As we acknowledge your achievements, we also recognise the confidence your clients place in you and the role you play in maintaining trust in our profession across Victoria and Tasmania.’
