First National Real Estate’s New South Wales members were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing (GEM) Awards at a black tie event hosted at Blue Hotel’s Water Bar on Saturday night.

The gala evening celebrated the best of the State’s real estate performances over the past year, which according to First National Real Estate NSW Chairman, David Lovell, required its agents to maintain focus on listings acquisition, property management growth, and digital marketing strategies.

‘First National Real Estate manages over $20.8 billion in Australian property assets and rent roll growth is high on the agenda of every NSW member’s office’ David Lovell said.

‘Concurrently, our State’s salespeople really needed to apply themselves to maintain a strong flow of listings and transactions. Overall, there have been exceptional sales and property management results, with the property management results reflecting the implementation of exclusive First National technologies in our offices; technologies that streamline and reduce risk across the whole property management process.

‘The General Excellence and Marketing (GEM) Awards are our recognition of quality outcomes and it is encouraging to see such strong performances’.
