Over 100 First National VIP’s and new members gathered in the Great Hall of the Northern Territory Parliament House last night, by special invitation, for the Bill Wood Evening, which honours one of the network’s two founding fathers.

 
NT Chief Minister, Adam Giles welcomed First National’s members to Darwin and encouraged them to make the most of their Convention in Australia’s top end.
 
Following welcoming addresses from Chairman, Mark Millington and Chief Executive, Ray Ellis, comedian and long-term First National convention MC, John Blackman took to the lectern.
 
Today, new members undergo their induction at the Darwin Convention Centre. A series of presentations enable them to quickly gain exposure to the comprehensive range of technology products and marketing services offered by the cooperative network.
 
The balance of 350 delegates arrive in Darwin today for the grand opening at Crocosaurus Cove tonight.
