Australia’s largest independent real estate network, First National Real Estate, has announced local businessman Mr David Hamilton the winner its highest honour, the Kaye Heath Memorial Award, at its national convention in Cairns last night. The convention has brought together more than 350 agents from across Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Hamilton, the principal of two First National Real Estate offices – First National Real Estate Palm Beach and First National Real Estate The Pines (Elanora), received the award for his long-term dedication and service to Australia’s largest cooperative real estate network.

‘David has been an outstanding member for First National for 18 years and his contribution during that time has been enormous,’ said First National chief executive, Mr Ray Ellis.

‘Over many years, David has contributed to numerous committees and the Queensland Regional Council, also occupying roles as network Chairman and Independent Director, both of which he executed with distinction. His commitment, particularly in relation to technology, has significantly advanced the network and, as the network’s highest honour, the Kaye Heath Memorial Award is our way of recognising his contribution.’
