First National Real Estate Hunters Hill Gladesville Ryde & North Ryde has consolidated an eleven-year trajectory of growth, today announcing its acquisition of Property Circle – an agency that has achieved local prominence for its property management services throughout Ryde and Putney.

The acquisition follows the purchase of a major Gladesville franchise rent roll merely 18 months ago, which saw their team unite with the First National Hunters Hill Gladesville Ryde and North Ryde team.

Robert Bagala, co-principal of First National Hunters Hill Gladesville Ryde and North Ryde says he and George Agostino are thrilled to welcome Property Circle’s team – Antonella, Danny & Michael Scenna – onboard.

‘This strategic investment adds expertise to our team and will strengthen our market leadership from Hunters Hill to North Ryde, and along the Parramatta River waterfront,’ said Mr Bagala.

Messrs Bagala and Agostino have created incredible momentum as members of First National Real Estate, going from one to four offices in just over a decade. At the same time, their estate agency has cemented a reputation for premium property marketing and reliable property management services.

‘With our three most senior property managers – John Fabrizio, Danielle Younan and Rachael Kershler – taking over management of Property Circle’s rent roll, we’re primed for further growth and excited about the future,’ said Mr Bagala.

‘As First National members, we don’t pay a percentage of property management fees and there are no membership fees beyond our second office. That’s enabled us to invest more in the growth of our business, its systems and technologies, while we focus on culture, professional development, and delivering the best outcomes for our customers.’

Property Circle will complete its transition into the team at First National Hunters Hill Gladesville Ryde by 1 October.

First National Real Estate has more than 350 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, and New Caledonia.
