First National Real Estate’s agents were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards last night at Hobart’s Princes Wharf One (PW1), with famous Australian comedian Dave Hughes serving as the glittering event’s guest of honour.

It was the largest Convention in First National Real Estate’s four-decade-plus history, with more than 600 delegates in attendance, and the third year in a row that First National’s convention had sold out.

FN Byron Bay (NSW) was announced Magnificent 7 – Number One Sales Office of the Year; and FN Hedland (Port Hedland, WA) was declared Magnificent 7 – No.1 Investor Relations Management Office of the Year.

Topping the individual awards were:

  • Alina Williamson – FN Townsville (Aitkenvale, Qld) who took home Magnificent 7 – No.1 Investor Relations Manager of the Year
  • Lily Thompson – FN Neilson Partners (Narre Warren, Vic) who won Magnificent 7 – No.1 Business Development Manager of the Year
  • Rebecca Dean – FN Port Stephens (Salamander Bay, NSW) who received Magnificent 7 – No.1 Salesperson of the Year.

The winner of the network’s highest honour, The Kaye Heath Memorial Award, was Allison Holzer, FN Neilson Partners (Narre Warren, Vic), in honour of her long-term contribution to property management.

National Chairman, David Lovell, said that he was thrilled to witness the celebration of success in Hobart that was so uniquely First National Real Estate.
