Next generation marketing drives brand change in Southern Highlands

One of Mittagong’s best-known boutique estate agencies, Abode Property, has joined Australia’s largest network of independent agents, First National Real Estate, strengthening the network’s market presence in the Southern Highlands in a step described as ‘evolutionary’ by dynamic principals, Anna and Allan Falvey.

Trading as First National Real Estate Abode Property, the agency has ambitious plans for growth in the Southern Highlands and will deploy next generation data-centric, consumer intent marketing techniques to drive better results and greater efficiency for customers.

‘We see our alignment with First National Real Estate as an evolutionary step for our boutique brand; one which will deliver our customers new and exciting marketing advantages when it comes to the sale or management of their property’ says Mrs Falvey.

‘So, while our brand has evolved, the passion that unites our management and staff stays exactly the same. Our commitment to offer leading edge property services is what drives this change, and it is a change that will lead to Southern Highlands’ residents being offered exclusive marketing alternatives that other agents cannot offer.

‘At the core of quality property services is our people and culture. But emerging technologies mean that big data now drives the way in which real estate agents target the right audiences in the Southern Highlands, as well as in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and the North Shore. The traditional real estate advertising playbook no longer represents marketing best practice and First National has the edge’ says Mrs Falvey.

First National chief executive Ray Ellis says he’s delighted to welcome First National Abode Property to the group.

‘The Southern Highlands is an important marketplace for First National Real Estate and Anna and Allan Falvey reflect the technology-forward type of agents we seek when growing our network. As “early adopters” of market leading technologies, they are contributing to better, more customer focused real estate industry’ said Mr Ellis.

For now, First National Real Estate Abode Property will remain in its high-profile location opposite Home Hardware in Mittagong, but premises have also been secured in nearby Bowral, and First National Real Estate has now been represented in Moss Vale for more than five years.

First National Real Estate has nearly 350 offices across Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia, and new offices are opening in the South Pacific shortly. Independent research has identified the brand as having Australia’s happiest clients on multiple occasions.
