First National Real Estate’s Queensland estate agents were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Sofitel Brisbane on Saturday night.
The awards shone a light on the state’s leading agents, property managers and offices of 2017, which, according to QLD Chairman David Forrest, faced a considerable variance of market conditions throughout the state.
‘2017 was an exceptional year for First National in Queensland. We were recognised for high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthened our representation across eight locations in key growth corridors. I would like to personally welcome each new member and thank them for placing their faith in our brand. Tonight it’s pleasing to see such strong results from the south right through to the far north, and I congratulate all our award winners on their outstanding achievements’ said Mr Forrest.
On the night, Sales Office of the Year was awarded to First National Real Estate Surfers Paradise and the Top 10 sales offices included:

Ryan McCann, principal of First National Real Estate Cleveland was announced QueenslandSalesperson of the Year. The Top 10 salespeople were:

Dorothy Hamilton, co-principal of First National Real Estate Palm Beach was announced Property Manager of the Year. Other property managers and offices receiving recognition for exceptional results were:

A range of specialist awards were also announced, with Sales Rookie of the Year being awarded to Gavin Trewin from First National Real Estate Burleigh, and, Property Manager Rookie of the Year being awarded to Ashley Trelour. Other specialist awards included:
- Administrator of the Year – Suzanne Lehmann, First National Real Estate Action Realty Ipswich
- Receptionist of the Year – Jessica Atkins, First National Real Estate Cleveland
David Forrest said the General Excellence and Marketing Awards are a pivotal event as they encourage First National’s agents to aspire to an ongoing process of performance improvement that benefits customers.
