First National Real Estate’s Victorian and Tasmanian agents were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Grand Hyatt Melbourne on Saturday night.
The awards revealed each state’s leading agents and offices of 2017, which was a year of great growth in strategic locations, according to Victoria/Tasmania Chairman William Bonnici.

On the night, Sales Office of the Year was awarded to First National Rayner (Bacchus Marsh & Ballan, Vic) and the Top 10 sales offices included:

Shelley Euvrard of First National Tweed Sutherland (Bendigo, Vic) was announced Property Manager of the Year – Commercial. Other property managers and offices receiving recognition for exceptional results were:

A range of specialist awards were also announced, with Sales Rookie of the Year being awarded to Jake Spargo from First National Bonnici & Associates (Wodonga, Vic), and, Property Manager Rookie of the Year being awarded to Antonella Bell of First National Bentleigh (Bentleigh East, Vic). Other specialist awards included:

• Receptionist of the Year – Natalie Scott, First National Bill Schlink (Templestowe, Vic)
